WILL PLAY TOMMY MCGINTY

JAMES MCARDLE is a Scottish actor from Glasgow. Having worked as a child actor in films, he trained at RADA, graduating in 2010. In his graduation year he appeared in Macbeth at The Globe and starred in the summer smash hit Spur of the Moment by Anya Reiss at the Royal Court Theatre. On screens, he is known for movies such as Star Wars: The Force Awakens (2015), '71 (2014) and Salting the Battlefield (2014). He played the lead in ‘Sexy Beast’ for Sky and just starred in ‘Four Mothers’.

WILL PLAY NOBBY MEEKS

EWEN BREMNER had worked widely in theatre, television, and film for years before being cast in his breakout role in Trainspotting, by Oscar- winning director Danny Boyle. Playing Spud Murphy and earned screen immortality with his characters’s infamous “speed fuelled” job interview scene. Ewen has also starred in many blockbusters including ‘Black Hawk Down’ and ‘Alien v Predator’ and of course ‘Trainspotting 2’.

WILL PLAY JIMMY THE CLEANER

STEPHEN TOMPKINSON from County Durham had his breakout role in the hit movie Brassed Off, before playing a psycho TV reporter in Drop the Dead Donkey, a yuppie (Downwardly Mobile), priest in Ballykissangel, a veterinarian (Wild at Heart) and a detective inspector (DCI Banks). He has also starred in a string of films and TV recently featuring in the hit TV series Sherlock.

WILL PLAY ANDY PRESCOTT

MARK BENTON grew up in Middlesborough. The son of a long distance lorry driver he performed in Middlesborough Youth Theatre productions before attending RADA in 1986. His break came in Career Girls for Mike Leigh and he made his television debut in Boon (1991/2) and his film debut in There's No Business. Recent hits include lead in Shakespeare and Hathaway for BBC and Eddie The Eagle with Hugh Jackman.
